• Osborn shoes run true to size, and slightly on the narrow size. If the shoes are tight, they do stretch after a couple of wears. 

• Osborn shoes are handcrafted, sturdy and strong. They will soften and break in after a couple of wears.

• For any slip-on or flats, we recommend ordering true to size, or a half size down if in between sizes.

• Osborn shoes are made with leather soles that are locally sourced near our shoe workshop and they are minimally treated with chemicals - therefore they are extra sensitive to bad weather. Please wear carefully and try and avoid rainy days. If this is an issue for you - please bring your Osborn's to your local shoe repair shop to have them weather proofed.
